The Vision
Is to build strong community both locally and globally by preserving, restoring, and sharing the natural, historic, and cultural resource this extraordinary property offers. We will replace a derelict building with a Community Arts and Education Center that teaches young and old about the region’s natural and cultural history. We will bring people’s life passions into focus to contribute to a bigger picture of a connected world - a world that honors the natural principles and creativity of nature.
The Mission
Is to purchase Condon Estate on Caterpillar Hill in Sedgwick, Maine. We will operate as a charitable non-profit organization by creating recreational and educational programs that model sustainable use of land as a resource for local residents and visitors. We will preserve for public benefit a truly extraordinary national treasure.
